Note that this has nothing to do with whether "brain drain" is good, bad, or neutral for the sending country; even if brain drain happens to be good for the sending country, skilled migration from poor countries to rich countries still increases international inequality.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Micha Ghertner</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 02 Apr 2008 21:53:31 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
