Callahan Against Fake Libertarian Clarity
Don't you think a reasonable story can be told about Pinochet where a callous disregard for human life is the common correlate? I think the Hitler-Vegetarian or Stalin-Phys. Ed. story might be a little harder to concoct.
Not saying I don't agree with you entirely. Or even that I read the linked article. I just like being a self-righteous prick.
Read the article. It's really just fabulously stupid.
There should be a licensing board for sophists.
Hitler was evil. Hitler created extermination camps. Therefore extermination camps are evil.
We must always be careful with ad hominem arguments.
Michael Moore lies sometimes. M Moore says George Bush is a tool of the Saudi Royal Family. Therefore GWB is not a tool of the Saudi Royal Family.
Restrepo uses ad hominem arguments. Restrepo says personal retirement accounts are evil. Therefore personal retirement accounts aren't evil.
